Track and Vehicle Quality Assurance Inspections

Dolby and Associates can provide first article or preshipment inspection services for materials being purchased by a client for track such as cross ties, rail, turnouts and other track material or rail vehicle subsystems such as wheel and axle sets, coupler systems, propulsion systems, door systems, air conditioning systems and the other items necessary to build or rebuild a rail vehicle.
